Business type: Not applicable to cooperatives or enterprises with 100% foreign capital.

Business owner's age
From 20 to 60 years old.

Operating duration
At least 1 year of continuous operation.

Revenue in the most recent year
From VND 2 billion or more (based on the most recent fiscal year tax report).

Legal documents
- Business registration certificate (and relevant business licenses if applicable)
- ID card/Citizen ID of the legal representative and capital-contributing members
- Company charter; Meeting minutes of the Board of Directors or Members' Council

Financial documents
- Financial statements and internal reports from the previous year (N-1)
- VAT declarations for the latest 4 quarters and tax declaration acceptance notice
- 03 sales/purchase invoices with corresponding contracts

Maximum loan amount
Up to VND 5 billion

Loan cap
Up to 10% of the revenue declared in the most recent tax year

Loan term
Up to 60 months

Interest rate
1.1% – 1.2% per month
